Positive affirmations!

Positive affirmations are mantras that are used to impress the subconscious with thoughts that will both motivate and remind you to all the latent talents you have locked away and possibly forgotten inside you, those gems of wisdom will provide the self-confidence required to accomplish those visions, dreams and goals you’re after.

The key when saying or reading affirmations is to look deeply at what those feelings portray. It will also help you relax, by listening to some light soothing music and to know that at the core of your being, these affirmation statements are true. If they feel out of reach or you’re having a hard time convincing yourself of their truth, adjust the affirmation to include the words that suite, or be willing to make them true for you, at this moment.

    I find that I have to tell myself positive affirmations to give me the confidence to get out there and offer what I know I’m good at.

    I remind myself that I know more that the clients I’m talking to so I should do it with confidence.
