Change can be very difficult!

Change can be very difficult!

Change can be very difficult when you’re forced into coming to terms with it. Generally it means that you’ve been in a cosseted position, one that is called the “Comfort Zone”. The more change we need to make, the more difficult it is to face up to. No one likes to change, we’ve possibly been cosseted in our life one way or another for most of our life.  It has more than likely from the time we were in our mother’s womb for 9 months, to the time we went to our first school and then when we went into our BIG School!  In different ways it’s been in us as we’ve grown up, it’s all been change. In some ways all the above have something to do with it. So as we become more and more motivated, we should look more deeply into our present situation then say to ourselves, “Ok, so I’m here now. How should I get out of it?”  We shouldn’t, under any circumstances dwell on the problems we’re facing. The problems already exist; we can’t do anything about them.  However, we need to concentrate on finding a solution. The choice is always down to us.

    Hi Geoffrey.
I find that many of my clients became clients, because at first they resisted change and that caused them stress and anxiety. Change is good and as it can bring new opportunities and experiences.

One of the ways we help our clients with this change is through hypnosis, NLP and also Time Line Therapy. We help them to get rid of their limiting beliefs and negative emotions through Time Line Therapy and NLP techniques. We then use hypnosis to help instill confidence and desire to embrace the change. We discuss more at

Life is always changing and if we don’t embrace it, we will be left behind or become dinosaurs in a modern world. Embrace change and look for new opportunities.
