You will find success inside you.  It is in the form of a seed inside you and in order for the seed to germinate; it needs to be in an environment for it to grow.  So you should be mixing with very positive people, never give up so that small seed will grow into a healthy and strong responsible person.

A boss can create fear; a leader will create self-belief and confidence.  A boss fixes blame but a leader corrects mistakes.  A boss knows all but a leader asks questions.  A boss makes work a drudge but a leader can make work interesting and pleasurable.
