Geoffrey offers one-on-one Executive coaching sessions. The service is available to individuals who are looking at ways of improving their self-esteem, self-belief and confidence which may have been dented in some way. It is designed to find, improve and develop your whole personal persona and image of yourself. This is irrespective of whether at work or in your everyday life. It’s all about helping you when coming into contact with people on a daily basis.

30 minute FREE initial consultation

The first initial FREE meeting is conducted over Skype or if convenient my office in Hoylake. This meeting is only a short one because it is trying to get a feel for each other and make sure there is synergy between the two parties. In coaching both parties must be able to work closely together and to be able to trust each other; each party must understand that total confidentiality will be honoured.

Sessions

Each Personal Performance Session lasts approximately 45 minutes and is specifically designed around your wants and needs to produce measurable results. Geoffrey starts working together with you on setting the goals that will be required over the period of time and the time that has been allotted; whether that’s three months, six months, 12 months or longer. Only successful coaching makes improvements possible and to be successful both coach and client must be in complete sync with each other to gain benefit.

How long does personal life coaching take?

Geoffrey requests that clients make a minimum of three months commitment to the coaching sessions to receive the full benefit and to give time to demonstrate its full effectiveness. These sessions should not solely be looked at as financial but very much psychological ones. Therefore the coaching might only last the minimum of three months or it could conceivably continue for up to 12 months or more. You will know when it is time to end.

This package combines several ingredients:

Geoffrey’s expertise from his 40 plus years as a business owner, running master-groups and workshops, in-house training sessions, mentoring and coaching practice, all available and packed into a report.
Engaging in specially designed Master-groups.
Monthly News-letter.
Discounts on workshops and some events.
A phone Mentoring Session, to stitch that expertise into your specific situation.

It’s a winning combination for a variety of goal areas including career change, making difficult decisions, getting promoted and many others.

What makes personal life coaching so convenient?

Executive coaching is through Skype all in the convenience of your home or office. There are some people who prefer to have face-to-face sessions in my Hoylake offices. I fully realise that there are people who run a full and very busy schedule these days and might not want or like to deal with traffic or weather conditions; therefore coaching one-on-one via Skype is a viable option for them; also bearing in mind it costs nothing. Location these days is certainly no obstacle.

Cancellations

You need to give 24 hours prior notice if you need to cancel or change the time of an appointment, otherwise you will be charged for the session in full. Geoffrey will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions that are cancelled in a timely manner. Obviously there may be times when emergencies will happen; so quite naturally these would be taken into consideration, and dealt with on their own merit.

Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship by providing the other party with 7 days notice, which can be sent by recorded e-mail.

Charges for life coaching services and programs

Fees are always paid upfront on a monthly basis. Life coaching will pay for itself in increased productivity and quality of life.

Telephone coaching sessions run in 45-minute sessions and cost £67 each, paid in advance e.g. 4 sessions you pay a total of £268.00. However booking and paying for 12 sessions in advance would only be £724.00 this being a saving of £80.00 saving.

Any disbursements and costs will be invoiced separately e.g. travel, phone calls, etc; unless you have computer-based telephony such as Skype – in which case these calls cost you nothing, anywhere in the world.

All coaching rates include updates and support coaching via email between sessions. (Clients have found support coaching to be a potent way to stay on track and remain motivated and connected with me.)

Coaching is a tremendous opportunity to be able to look more closely at what you’re after drawing out fully all that can be attained from your coaching relationship and working jointly toward setting your goals. Indeed, Geoffrey expects all his clients to set logical and tangible goals however, more importantly; working with clients to achieve them.
