Humble beginnings
Geoffrey has, from humble beginnings, losing his father at the age of ten and despite formidable recent health obstacles over the years, always been a man of action. He has been a climbing instructor, is a qualified sub-aqua diver and diving instructor as well as being a member of the New Brighton Lifeboat crew from 1974 to 1992. (He has been awarded for bravery on a number of occasions!) This shows some of the attributes that have enabled him to go on to be a success as a leader, writer, motivational speaker and entrepreneur.
Wealth of experience
Geoffrey has a wealth of experience, having been in business for over 45 years, working with a whole range of companies, both large and small, and across a number of industries. Amongst these companies have been Arrow Chemicals Ltd, Acorn International Ltd, British Steel Corporation, Unilever, GKN, Boots, Camel Lairds shipbuilders, Cadbury’s and many more businesses. Gaining knowledge and experience and now empowering people to develop their “Visions and Dreams”. Geoffrey, despite having those major medical problems, is a fighter and will not give in. When questioned, he says “Retirement, what retirement?” His favourite expression is; “the glass is always half full, never half empty”.
Visions & dreams
Geoffrey proves through the power of “positive-mental-attitude”, positive actions and changing negative thinking into positive results, has been able to chase his “Visions and Dreams”. He then loves empowering others to run with them. He has by creative visualisation and with his natural ability to motivate, led from the front and empowers others, getting them to release their full potential and draw out their own dormant and natural abilities.
Mentoring
Geoffrey concentrates on mentoring over Skype, running mastermind groups, inspirational masterclasses, motivational speaking and distance-learning-courses over the Internet. This is augmented through his writings, e-books, audio’s, DVD’s, and his business Blog through which he passes on his pearls of wisdom gained from his many years in business. A fellow of the Institute of Marketing and Management and a member of the Institute of Business Consultants, Geoffrey’s belief is that clients and customers needs are of the utmost importance and is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of his business is from old clients, the internet and referrals.

Chronic-Myeloid-Leukaemia
Unfortunately in 2004 Geoffrey had a major heart attack followed by a Quadruple-Heart-By-Pass operation which meant that he was forced to slow down, which to an extent he did. In September 2007 he was diagnosed with Chronic-Myeloid-Leukaemia, this time he really had to slow down.
