Having a sense of direction for yourself rather than for others is an all important element. Without direction you have doubt and when doubt takes hold you begin to lower your self-esteem and confidence. It’s one thing to fight your way back from the jaws of defeat when you still have the self belief but to do it when you’ve all but given up hope proves you must have something special.
