Leaders will always bring out the best in people by seeing their true value and praising and appreciating it. They expect the best and therefore anticipate generosity. They give them their trust because they know that by giving them praise and encouragement is far better than neglect and criticism. Leaders support each team member by sprinkling encouragement and appreciation over them at every opportunity.
