Entrepreneurs don’t make victory personal to themselves alone; they make it personal to the whole team. They ensure that it’s not their campaign alone but the teams. People will always give their all to a great vision or purpose, not to one that is of the entrepreneur’s greater glory. So take yourself out of the picture and praise your people; they’re the ones who’ve got you there.
