Great entrepreneurs and leaders, who work effectively, never say “I.” That’s not because they have trained themselves not to say “I.” They don’t think “I.” Because they think “We”; they think “team.” They understand their job is to make a team function. They accept responsibility and don’t sidestep it, but “we” is given the credit. This team-attitude creates trust; it enables the task to be done.
