It is a mistake to suppose that people succeed through success; they are much more likely to succeed through their failures. No amount of study, advice, or guidance could ever have taught them as well as failure has done.

Funny…we were talking about this at our breakfast meeting this morning. People don’t realise that the successful people had more failures than the unsuccessful ones did. They just learnt from what they did and kept focusing on their outcome. No matter how many times you fail, persistence wins through at the end of the day.Just look at a baby learning to walk!

You have known me for quite a few years and over the years I have noticed that those very people that I have mentored and guided through problems are the very ones who have accepted they have a problem and sought help. That is what mentoring is all about, especially from people who have been there and worn the t-shirt.

I agree Geoffrey.
It is by making mistakes and learning from them that we can move forward and adapt our way of thinking.
Succesful people make more mistakes than unsuccesful people, as they try different and better ways of doing things.
It is in this spirit that we have arranged a Social Media training session next week Tuesday for business people to embrace new methods of marketing. Bookings are limited.
