“SUCCESS” only comes with hard work, dedication, staying true to visions and dreams and consistently doing and reapplying your efforts. NOT saying “something will turn up”. By taking one small step each day will bring you amazing changes in your life.

How true. Your visions and dreams are what keep you going…and these must be backed up by your plan to get there. Every little step forward gives you a sense of satisfaction, and when you reach your goal there's no other feeling like it!
The one factor that many preach but few follow is the applicvation of hard work. Success does not come easily but is earned.
Many motivational speakers talk of hard work but i do not think it is emphasised enough.
Is it me??
