Just as important as learning from the past and overcoming past failures is recalling past successes.  It doesn’t matter who you are, you have succeeded at something at sometime in your past.  Don’t forget those moments.  Use them to remind you that you can achieve your goals.

  1. Sometimes life gets in the way and forget how good we used to be at things. Just cos you failed at something doesnt mean that failure should define you. Look at Piers Morgan, TV Guy/pompous twat he bounced back fine from a big ugly public failure.

There are times in our lives when we remember the good things and other times when we remember the bad things that have happened to us.

What we need to do is to move forward by learning from our mistakes in the past but also rememering our feelings of happiness whenever we suceeded.

    Have a great weekend everbody.

It's all about achieving a healthy balance in what ever we do. Self-reflection and learning from our mistakes is all a part of the growing process, be it on a personal or professional level. Calling on our successes in moments of self-doubt can help us to recover our motivation and positive attitude.
